Service Providers: Cannasupplies may disclose your personal information to third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf. For example, we may share your personal information with our logistics provider(s) to facilitate delivery of your order to you and to our data hosting provider in connection with their provision of data hosting services to us.

Some of the parties to whom we may provide your personal information may be located in jurisdictions outside Canada, including the United States. How long do we retain your personal information?
We will only retain your personal information as long as is necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law. Your personal information is securely stored until such time as it is no longer required, after which it is destroyed, rendering it unable to identify you.
What other information do we collect from you, and why?
This Platform uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies” — text files that are stored on your computer and enable the analysis of website usage. The information produced by the cookie about your use of the Platform is sent to a Google server in the USA and stored there. On our behalf, Google will use this information to analyze your use of the Platform, compile reports about the Platform activities and provide us with other services relating to the Platform and internet use. The IP address sent by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. You may prevent cookies from being stored on your computer by selecting the relevant setting in your browser software; however, we would like to point out that in this case some parts of the Platform may lose full functionality. Minors and children
The Platform is not intended for individuals under the age of majority in their province or territory of residence or, if a product is specifically regulated, under the legal age for that product. We do not intentionally collect personal information from children under 13.
